We are Otoño & Lavanda and Clementina Estudio Floral, two brands that specialize in floral design and decoration for events and a floral boutique specializing in luxury flowers and designs.
We are looking for a caring, happy, and creative individual to complement our work environment. The position is for a Junior Florist or Floral Designer with basic floristry knowledge, a high level of creativity, and an ability to learn. You must have excellent communication skills, responsibility, honesty, and leadership.
Your main functions will be:
- Making flower arrangements.
- Clean and prepare flowers and foliage.
- Creative tasks such as making stationery pieces.
- Assistance in other creative processes.
- Advise clients on floral purchases and choices.
- You must be familiar with the floral and/or creative field (please refrain from submitting your resume if this is not the case).
- Good personal presentation and eloquence when speaking.
- Good level of communication to express ideas.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm
Location of our workshop: Chapinero Alto - Bogotá.

Salary: Between $1,500,000 and $2,100,000 (depending on the level of knowledge)
